Degerö Stormyr is a boreal oligotrophic peatland with measurements on land-atmosphere exchange of: momentum, water, energy, CO2 since 2001; methane since 2004. Catchment discharge and C-export is measured since 2004. In addition, several long-term field manipulations are being carried out since 1995.
The ongoing field activities at Krycklan include over 50 research projects, involving several hundred scientists from all over the world. The main research focus is on hydrology, and over 1000 scientific publication are based on results from Svartberget since the beginning in 1910.
